Home Records keeps the working copy in your browser. Plus customers can turn on Backup & Sync in one click and open their records on another browser after a quick email verification.
Protected online copy with Plus
Turn on Backup & Sync with one click. Your records and uploaded files are encrypted and protected as part of your NexyBay account.
Optional passkey
A passkey is offered as a faster way to verify, never a requirement. If you choose Not now, it is handled by your browser or device credential manager and NexyBay receives only public credential information, never the private passkey.
Email verification on a new browser
Sign in as usual and enter the six-digit code sent to your account email. Your latest backup then loads automatically — no approving one browser from another and no QR code.
Responsible record keeping
Store what is useful, not every secret
Avoid entering account passwords, full Social Security numbers, complete card or bank credentials, or other secrets that Home Records does not need.
Protect your device, account email, and account password. No browser, device, hosting service, or online system can be guaranteed risk-free.
Support messages
Support communication is separate from Home Records data
The Support & Feedback form sends what you type to the site administrator by email. Do not paste private household records, passwords, payment credentials, or protected files into a support message.
